Thistle + Elm has a 14-day store credit return policy. Items must be returned within two weeks from the date on which the original order was delivered in order to receive full store credit for your purchase. After 14 days, items will no longer be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be processed via a return shipment, and will not be accepted at pop-ups or events. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit allowance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages must be reported within 2 days of order delivery via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of any product damages or defect along with your message.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale, Let's Make a Deal, Mystery Bundle Items, or on gift cards. Items purchased at a discount are also ineligible for return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow 5 business days to process the return once it has been received. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via a Thistle + Elm e-gift card, delivered by email.
